These terms and conditions govern the use of the agodoc.ch website and the agodoc app provided by validg, Jeannine Germann, 6156 Nottwil, Switzerland. Institutions are also bound by the terms of their contract; in case of conflict the contract prevails.
1. Scope
These terms apply to everyone using the website or the app. By signing in or using them, you accept these terms.
2. Service
agodoc is an AI-assisted documentation platform for work-integration professionals (Arbeitsagogik). The app supports professionals in recording, structuring and evaluating observations. Features and availability may evolve.
3. Account and sign-in
You sign in with email or via Google, Microsoft or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and must report any misuse of your account without delay. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
4. Responsibility of the professional
Texts, summaries and report drafts produced by agodoc are suggestions that support the professional; they do not decide. Professional judgement, review and approval remain with the professional at all times. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you record, in particular for compliance with confidentiality, data protection and your institution's rules.
5. Permitted use
Unlawful use, attempts to bypass or disrupt the security of the systems, and automated scraping of the services without our written consent are prohibited. We may suspend accounts in case of violations.
6. Data protection
The privacy policy explains how we process personal data. For client data that institutions record in agodoc, the data protection terms of the respective contract apply.
7. Intellectual property
The software, brand, texts and design of agodoc belong to validg or the respective rights holders. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use under these terms. Content you record remains with you or your institution.
8. Availability
We aim for trouble-free operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work and disruptions are reserved.
9. Liability
validg is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence, indirect and consequential damage, and for AI-generated content is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains reserved.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms. The current version is available on this page; we will give appropriate notice of material changes.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the place of jurisdiction is Nottwil (canton of Lucerne).
